Can I ship a gift to my special person directly?
Yes! It is our favorite part of gifting! We make sure that sending gifts to your loved ones is stress-free with beautiful packaging. There are no price tags or packing slips inside the box .Make sure to fill in their delivery address during check out instead of just clicking through it with your autofill.
Cancellation policy
Orders may be cancelled after one hour of making the purchase. Please reach out to us at prettyenergyinfo@gmail.com for any accidental orders.
What to do if my order arrives broken?
That can be the worst and we hope it will never happen. Beautiful presentation and seamless delivery is our priority, that’s why we really pack all our gifts very safely, but accidents can happen (even if it is very rare). In this case, we are here to fix it! Please send us an email at prettyenergyinfo@gmail.com with your order number and picture of the broken item and we will make sure your loved one will receive a replacement as soon as possible.
Do you accept returns?
If there is anything wrong with your order, please send us an email at prettyenergyinfo@gmail.com. We don’t accept returns for personalized items, but we consider each customer individually and your satisfaction is important to us.
Returns policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at prettyenergyinfo@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Personalized items can unfortunately not be returned.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
